Verified downloads
Every APK's SHA-256 checksum is checked before install, and installed apps are matched to our signing certificate.
Silent updates
On Android 12+, apps installed by Auto Murph update without a confirmation prompt. It updates itself too.

Questions, answered.
What is Auto Murph APK Builds?
A free, open-source project that takes official Android apps from Google Play, applies community patches (no ads, extra settings, privacy fixes) and publishes ready-to-install APKs. Every build runs in public on GitHub Actions, and the Auto Murph app installs them and keeps them updated.
Which file should I download: 64-bit or 32-bit?
Choose 64-bit (arm64-v8a) for almost any phone made since about 2017. Choose 32-bit (armeabi-v7a) only for older or budget phones. The Auto Murph app picks the right one for you automatically.
How do updates work?
A build runs every day. When the patches or the supported app version change, a new release appears. The Auto Murph app checks every 6 hours, notifies you and updates with one tap (on Android 12 and newer, without a confirmation prompt for apps it installed).
Do I need root?
No. Everything installs like a normal app on an unmodified phone.
Why do YouTube and YouTube Music need MicroG-RE?
The patched apps are signed with a different key, so Google Play Services won't sign them in. MicroG-RE is a small open-source stand-in that handles Google sign-in. Without it the apps work signed out.
Can I install over the Play Store version?
YouTube and YouTube Music install alongside the official apps. The others keep their original package name, so uninstall the Play Store version first; Android only updates an app with an APK signed by the same key. The Auto Murph app detects this and offers to remove the other version.
Is it safe?
The original APK comes straight from Google Play, the patches are open source, every build runs with public logs, and every file is signed with the same certificate (SHA-256 6D:83:1C:77:55:56:39:05:14:D3:4B:2C:0D:18:69:20:CA:A7:A9:AA:83:04:08:7B:DB:24:83:97:73:80:7A:A7). The Auto Murph app checks each download's SHA-256 checksum before installing.
Do you unlock paid features?
No. Patches that unlock paid subscriptions are left out (for example X Premium features). The builds focus on ads, clutter, privacy and quality-of-life options. Removing ads may still go against a service's terms.
Is this legal?
This is not legal advice. The patches are GPLv3 and their notice ships with every release, and the original apps are free. Using a modified client can go against a service's terms of service, so decide for yourself.
Can I request another app?
Yes. Open the request form on GitHub with the app name or Play Store link. Apps are added when a maintained patch set supports them without unlocking paid features.
Google sign-in for YouTube and YouTube Music needs MicroG-RE. More questions? Open an issue.
Missing an app?
Request it on GitHub. If a maintained patch set supports it, it joins the daily builds.
